Been running on and off, just had no motivation to blog about it.

I'm going to start training for a marathon now, and figured I better start documenting my experiences again!

I'm still running in VFFs, and enjoying zero knee pain while doing so.  I swap out the regular running shoes now and then because I still get heel pain when I run too long in the Five Fingers.

I havent signed up for the marathon, and dont have a real plan yet, but I'm ready!
